Andrew has over twenty five years of experience in the field of learning, development and education within both the Public and Private sector. He has been involved in designing, developing and running Leadership Development Programme for Directors and Senior Managers in a number of Blue Chip companies.
Andrew gained an MSc in Management Development and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. He is also qualified by the British Psychological Society to administer and interpret psychometric tests.
He has significant experience in organisational and management change, having specialised in this field within the Finance, Service industries and the IT sector.
Latterly, Andrew was Learning and Development Manager at Dell Computers and introduced Management Education across the UK and Europe. Whilst Group Development Manager for Bayer PLC, he was responsible for the design and implementation of the European Leadership Development Programme.
Andrew is well-known for challenging the status quo in both his private and professional life. He has huge energy and a strong belief in what he does. His enthusiasm is infectious and he constantly pushes not only himself but others to achieve their ultimate potential.
In May 2009, he completed the Lands End to John O'Groats cycle ride raising over £5000.00 for charity.
Andrew is married to Fiona and they have two children (Robbie, 17, and Grace, 6). He has been involved with motorsport for more than 30 years, is a keen rally driver, enjoys cross country running and is a Level One qualified Rugby Coach.


Andrew distributes an occasional email newsletter - "Weekend Reading" - that contains articles, news and snippets of information useful to anyone involved in self-development or management learning.
